Quality Assurance
Insuring the quality of our work is paramount. At Aslan's
Maintenance we have custom crafted a program of inspections called
Quality Assurance Tests (QAT's); each Test covers different areas
within each facility we clean, and are performed (by our Night
Manager, 19 years of experience!) on a random and revolving schedule.
The manager may focus on restrooms on one visit, dusting on another.
The results of all QAT's generate a numerical value, and average, which
translates into scores by facility and are tabulated and reviewed monthly
and quarterly.
Our Quality Assurance Test scores are particularly valuable in bringing
new staff up to speed. They allow the trainer to focus on misunderstanding
of job requirements and specifications and to coach new and existing staff
on higher levels of control. It also allows for valuable, regular feedback
to each worker on their current and past performance.
Each client benefits from the Quality Assurance Program in many ways:
